F3E, France

F3E is a network of actors committed to international solidarity and cooperation. Its mission is to improve professional practices and strengthen the skills of its members, in order to support actions that bring about sustainable social change.

The partnership established within the framework of the CoRe II program aims to develop a dynamic of collective learning and to amplify the dissemination of lessons learned from the actions carried out, both within the program and within the F3E network and, more broadly, throughout the entire sector.

This partnership is structured around three complementary axes:

1. Participation in the learning committee

   F3E's contribution to the committee's work, with a cross-cutting view on learning, particularly on how lessons learned from assessments can be capitalized and disseminated (3 to 4 meetings per year).

   
   

2. Support for experimenting with change-oriented monitoring and evaluation methods

   Supporting a sample of partners in implementing approaches that promote the analysis of the effects and transformations induced by actions.

   
   

3. Implementation of a learning management system

   
   

   Support for the structuring of a system for capitalizing on experiences, including action-oriented training for international solidarity volunteers (VSI) and remote support for field partners in conducting capitalization processes.
