The Resilient Communities – Phase II (CoRe II) program supports a fairer and more inclusive ecological transition. It brings together 24 operational partners , spread across 15 countries , who implement field actions, as well as 8 associate partners engaged in exchange, learning, and advocacy.
An initial dialogue session about CoRe II, bringing together all partners, will take place during the launch webinar scheduled for February 19, 2026 .
Several pieces of information relating to this second phase of the program are presented in the document on CoRe.
The stakeholders
Phase II of the CPP will be implemented in Africa (Benin, Senegal, Togo), Latin America (Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Peru), Asia (Bangladesh, Cambodia) and the Middle East-North Africa (Palestine).
In addition, the following countries will contribute to thematic exchanges, learning dynamics or influence actions of the program: Mauritania, Tunisia, Myanmar, Vietnam, India, as well as Brazil and Bangladesh through projects other than those mentioned above.
In total, the collective has 24 partners implementing field activities within the program (known as circle 1 partners) and 8 partners who will participate in exchanges and learning and advocacy activities (known as circle 2 partners). Welcome to those who are joining us!
Focus on cross-functional groups
It is understood that all partners participate in at least one of these groups.
The objective of these groups is:
analyze and view the successes, transformative actions and solutions proposed by stakeholders
building common knowledge
and, depending on the circumstances, to be a place for joint activities and to develop influence actions at different scales.
