The awareness-raising, sensitization, and motivational activities carried out by the Palca sub-power plant irrigators' association for water resource management promoted the project's scalability at the municipal level through the coordination of various stakeholders.

Thus, in two years, a municipal public policy, called Municipal Law No. 109 for the management, conservation, and protection of water recharge zones in the municipality of Pojo, was implemented.

Seeing the success of these actions, the CIPCA team asks the following question: How have we mobilized stakeholders to create a municipal public policy for water resource management?
