This work carried out by Caritas Kaolack highlights its expertise in supporting communities towards sustainable change, guided by the principles of participation and empowerment.

This work is structured around three key areas: organisational dynamics to support communities effectively; support for women’s groups to build their capacity; and, finally, support for the establishment of a monitoring system that allows for adjustments throughout the course of the initiative. This report, rich in insights, can provide valuable guidance to other organisations in their efforts to support local communities.
