In this document, the teams from A CLO Tarija (Indigenous community of Trampitas, people of Itikaguasu, southern Bolivia) trace their experience of exchanging experiences between producers (from indigenous to indigenous, from farmer to farmer) as a method of supporting agroecological transitions.

However, this document identifies 5 areas of expertise developed by ACLO so that these exchanges do not simply become a juxtaposition of successes, but rather genuine moments of sharing and knowledge building:

• knowing how to prepare the exchange based on the producers' perceived needs

• knowing how to identify the participants

• knowing how to create the conditions for dialogue

• knowing how to build learning communities that last over time

• knowing how to make these encounters both useful and friendly moments
