In this document, the CIPCA Altiplano (Bolivia) teams recount their experience of supporting the Association of Agropastoral Producers of Caluyo (APRA) since 2016.

Through the implementation of innovative agroecological production methods - solar greenhouses with drip irrigation, solar pumps and vermicomposters - farming families have succeeded in diversifying their production and improving their food security.

This document identifies nine key skills developed by the CIPCA technical team to support producers in adopting these new production systems until they can manage them independently, without relying on the project's material support. These skills include: building trust, conducting a pilot project, providing ongoing technical support, and organizing exchanges of experiences among producers.
